"Private Lives" by Handcross Players

The Handcross and District Players production of Noel Coward’s “Private Lives” was performed at the Parish Hall, Handcross.
From the left, the cast were Penny Housby as Sybil Chase, Bob Howe as Victor Prynne, his wife Mary Howe (née Johnson) as Amanda Prynne, and Raymond Trickey as Elyot Chase.
The second picture can be seen by clicking on Large Version. The incident with the gramophone record is from Act 2 in Amanda’s flat in Paris where there is a row between the two who are former spouses.
Or perhaps Raymond forgot his lines.
With grateful thanks to Raymond for identifying the play and the characters therein.
