The Street, Warninglid

This photograph of The Street, Warninglid seems to have been taken with a lens which has foreshortened the view and had the effect of creating bends in the road which do not really exist!
On the left are the existing cottages, 6 The Street and 5 The Street, but the building with the hipped gable end was demolished in order to construct the pond and bridge.
The house with the white gable is Home Farm, and beyond the crossroads sign are the row of demolished cottages. See picture #1048.
On the extreme right is Old Place, with Blackmans Cottage attached. Further along the road lies Pippin Cottage.
