Tom and Louisa Leppard's wedding, perhaps

The photograph is of average quality and, according to the information supplied, shows a wedding party for Mr Leppard and his new wife who was born in Warninglid. Lastly, it mentions that the carrier is Mr Evans from Plummers Plain.
Kelly’s Directory confirms that a Mr Evans was indeed a carrier who lived in Plummers Plain House, located a quarter of a mile past the Wheatsheaf pub, on the right.
A search of old newspaper cuttings found that Mr Thomas Leppard, who operated the cobblers in Handcross High Street for many years with his son, Reg Leppard, married Louisa Ellis of Warninglid during the quarter of October/December 1900.
Please can anyone confirm the location of the wedding party sitting in the carriage, and whether they were in fact attending Tom and Louisa’s wedding on that day?
