The Street, Warninglid

This is a view looking northwards along The Street, Warninglid.
The street initially looks deserted but there are three boys outside Pippin Cottage in the middle distance. Moving to the right there are a pair of cottages, Blackmans Cottage and Old Place.
Behind the tree is Forge Cottage and on the extreme right is The Forge. Outside the forge one can just glimpse the tyring ring used for fitting the metal tyres onto the wooden cartwheels. It seems the blacksmith is having the day off but he can be seen on picture #282.
The photograph is not very clear but, nevertheless, the Large version shows a close up.
