This is taken from my late mother's photograph album dated March 1948 at Five Cross Ways Garage, Warninglid.
It was a trip out from Brighton to pick primroses at Handcross.
The picture shows sisters Marjorie Pidgley (née Parker) and Edna Pellett (née Parker).
Could it be the same old breakdown truck in the garage? See picture #872.
