Sheltering from the rain at Handcross Gymkhana

During heavy rain at a gymkhana or agricultural show in Handcross in the 1950s, two friends and I found shelter under a lorry. I am on the left wearing my Cuckfield school cap.
A passing cameraman from the Crawley Observer thought the scene of us sheltering from the rain would make a good subject for his newspaper.
Can anyone identify the other two?
