Methodist Chapel in Handcross High Street

After almost one hundred years of service it was considered time to pull down the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in Handcross. I have no record of when this took place, but I have estimated it to be 1982.
The Skoda 105 S was built between 1976 and 1987, and the “T” registration denotes the year of 1978.
The photograph was taken by my father, Roger Ray, but it seems that my mother was disappointed not to be included! The Large Version shows a happy Nora Ray appearing in front of the building site.
