Haymaking at the Hyde, Handcross

There are no details with this photograph and the date has been estimated.
However it was probably acquired by Walter Biggs (1901-1976) who worked on the Hyde estate in Handcross for many years.
It seems that the hay has been collected from the fields and is now being removed from the wagon to build a haystack. Meanwhile the carthorse is enjoying a rest.
I wonder if anyone can offer a more accurate date and suggest the names of those appearing in the picture.
The Large Version shows a close up of the two farm workers and their audience.
