The photograph taken in Handcross High Street in 1988 shows Alexander’s Hardware shop, being one of the few remaining village hardware shops still in operation.
The Large Version shows Lynwood on the left, and Redgate Cottages and others in the High Street leading northwards towards the Fountain Inn.
