Children's Christmas party in Parish Hall

The Handcross Social Club gave their annual Christmas/New Year party to the children of the members and the photograph shows the entrants for the fancy dress competition.
According to a press cutting the result of the girls’ competition was:- 1. Susanne Moon “Victorian Lady”, 2. Sheila Baigent “Tailoress”, 3. Doreen Shackell “Snowman”.
The boys’ results were:- 1. Frank Weller “Jockey”, 2. Brenda Prescott “Dutch Boy”, 3. Jim Brown “Minstrel”.
I cannot remember the event but I’m quite sure that is me dressed as a Dutch Boy with the clay pipe. I cannot identify Brenda, but I am quite sure that her correct name is Brenda Peskett, from the Horsham Road and one year younger than me.
In the back row, to the left of the “Victorian Lady” is Frank Weller, and to her right is Jim Brown. However, I cannot spot the “Tailoress”.
Please can you add more names?

Comments:
The boy at the front far left is Brian Peskett. The girl, middle row far left, is my mother, Brenda Peskett, and in the third row far left is Janet Peskett. They all now live in Portslade.
Brenda is now Brenda Buck and Janet is Janet Earl. Their parents were Stanley Herbert Peskett and Daisy Florence Waltena Peskett who moved to Handcross to run a grocer shop next to a radio/TV shop and lived in the cottage now known as Hillbury Cottage from 1944/45 to 1949.
Stanley was a driver for the Milk Marketing Board.
