Providing refreshments for travellers was certainly a major business along the A23 with yet more cafes available a short bicycle ride away at Handcross. With the lack of traffic the cyclist does not worry too much which side of the road he travels. The quality of this picture is quite poor and I wonder if anyone has a better copy to upload.
