Twinning Association at Slaugham church

In 1976 it was the turn of the Slaugham/Staplefield Twinning Association to play host to a contingent from the villages of St Martin des Besaces and La Ferrière au Doyen.
The photograph was taken outside the church door of St Mary’s in Slaugham and shows a group of both hosts and visitors.
Those I can recognise are, from the left: Mrs Annie Kelly (extreme left), Marie-France Prunier (diagonal stripes) with Pierre Prunier (Mayor of St Martin), Roger de Panthou (white hair), Agnès Demortreux (patterned white dress).
