Staplefield cricket club versus Walt Disney team

In July 1957 Staplefield cricket club played host to a team from Walt Disney films based in Britain. Unfortunately the game was arranged in the middle of an English summer and the game was ruined by heavy rain. With cameras rolling the players went through the motions of playing a game and the Disney team managed to amass 40 runs for seven wickets before play was abandoned for the day.
The photograph shows some of the Disney players with Mickey and two of their supporters.
