Postman at Black Swan

I am not too sure what is going on outside the Black Swan but it seems that a postman on the left of the trio is being toasted by the other two gents. Meanwhile a tradesman with a white apron with his bike, and three young children sitting on the grass are posing for the photograph. The Large Version link shows a close-up of the men and children.
