Bill Hussey jar-fishing at lake on the Hyde estate

Treasured memory of when as a boy I would stay with my Gran, Dorothy Richter, and William Biggs at 4 Hyde Cottages.
This was 1957 at Carterslodge Pond on the Hyde estate, jar-fishing for minnows. I always had written permission from Mrs. Warren.
I am returning this year to stay at Plummers Plain where my Great-Auntie, Frances Humphrey, ran the Post Office from their house.
Happy times.
