Factory workers at Warninglid Grange in WWII

As part of the war effort during WWII a factory operated at Warninglid Grange and the photograph shows the ladies employed there, some of whom are wearing protective headware.
It seems that the factory was operated by A. Parsons Ltd under the management of a Mr Brown.
The factory made specialist parts for aircraft, some of which were classified as secret.
Standing, second from left is Mrs Betty Hood (née Field). Please can anyone add more names?
The Large Version shows a close up.
