Further to picture #2069, the above photograph shows the Group President, Mrs Eveline Warren of the Hyde estate, unveiling the plaque fixed to the outside wall of the old cricket pavilion, now to be used as the headquarters of the 1st Slaugham Scout Group.
She was watched by Chairman of the Group Committee, Roger Ray in the dark suit.
The Large Version shows the Group Scoutmaster, Dennis Foord-Brown, showing Mrs Warren details of the Group’s past achievments.
