George & Charlie Jenner in High Street, Handcross

George Jenner (1919-2004) on the left and Charlie Jenner (1920-2017) on the right lived at 3 Batchelors Buildings, Handcross with their widowed mother, Florence Jenner, until her death in 1982. Their father, George Richard Jenner, died in 1923 when both boys were young.
I estimate they are about 18 and 17 in this photo. In WW2 George served in the Royal Hampshire Regiment and also the Royal Worcestershire Regiment in Burma, while Charlie was in the RAF stationed in Canada.
George also appears in picture #832 and picture #2220. Charlie is in picture #419.
