Staplefield criicket century-makers (2 of 2)

On 21st August 1955 Staplefield cricket team played the might of Crawley Ramblers, whom they beat comfortable thanks to the Honey family.
The picture shows Mike Honey on the left who scored 105 not out, with his father, Jack Honey, who took 6 wickets for 36 runs in 9 overs.
The Large Version shows a close up.
Click on Open Document to view a cutting announcing that Jim Parks, Sussex and England batsman/wicketkeeper, may play for Staplefield on Sundays. So far as I am aware that did not come to pass!
