Ashfold Grange was put on the market in 2006 and the complete sales brochure has been uploaded in two instalments. The front cover is shown above.
The house was constructed in 1999 and stands some 150 yards from the road.
The brochure seeked to connect the house with Lord Nelson whose sister and brother-in-law lived in Ashfold House which was located close-by before being demolished in the 1960s.
