Slaugham Place ruins

A bearded gentleman is trying to look nonchalant after having a few pints at the White Horse, I think. One of the arches is missing, and this leads me to suggest that the stones to be seen in the present arch may not be the original ones. Or, to paraphrase Eric Morecambe, the stones may be the right stones, but not necessarily in the right order.

Comments:
I can confirm that the stones from the arch are the original stones as I had to re-build this same arch again in 1987 after it had been knocked down by a fallen sycamore tree.
