Warninglid church

Warninglid’s village church was built in the 1930s and dedicated to St Andrew. The foundation stone was laid by Major J. J. Lister VD, DL, JP on 28th July 1935. However, due to falling attendances it was closed for worship some years ago, and in about 2010 it was converted to a four-bedroom private residence. Not the sort of conversion normally associated with religion!
