The Street, Warninglid

These two cottages can still be found in Warninglid next to the pond at the entrance to Lydhurst, although over the last 100+ years they have been somewhat improved and extended. The names have changed, though, from Plum Tree Cottages to 5 The Street and 6 The Street. Someone with a pony and trap has turned up to gossip with a lady over the garden wall. The Large Version shows a close-up of the trap and the two ladies gossiping.
