Blacksmith, Warninglid

The quality of this photograph of the old smithy in The Street is not good, but I assume that the burly fellow standing outside is the blacksmith.
According to the 1901 census, Joseph Burchfield was a 68-year-old blacksmith operating in Warninglid and perhaps that is he with a young assistant!
Click on Large Version for a close up. There is a collection of metal bits and pieces leaning against the wall including a couple of metal tyres for wagon or carriage wheels.
