Mrs Acocks Cottage, Staplefield

I can find no mention of Mrs Acocks in the archives, but perhaps someone will be able to let us know more about her. To me the architecture is of a much later decade, but the card was clearly posted in 1904.
The cottage, or perhaps a pair of cottages, is still standing and is located at Upper Common in the fork at the junction of Brantridge Lane and Rose Cottage Lane.
If you know the current name of the house please will you let us know.
