Pook's Church at Nymans

This large rock formation is known as Pook’s Church and is adjacent to the footpath about halfway towards the lake at Nymans. Behind this rock there is a natural fissure some 20 inches wide where the local lads would gather over 100 years ago and carve their names on the rock faces. See picture #45.
