The Fountain Inn, Handcross

Window boxes containing flowers have been placed on the first floor windowsills to smarten up the appearance, and three cyclists have succumbed to the temptation.
In the lower floor windows there are three signs informing us of what can be purchased. The first two are offering “Tea and Coffee”, but the one on the right tells us that “Bovril Served”. Now that was never offered to me when I visited the pub.
