Re-launch of the Red Lion, Handcross

Yet again the Red Lion in Handcross sprung to life and the official re-opening took place on Wednesday, 22nd April 1987. Champagne at noon is not usually my cup of tea, but it would be rude not to accept!
For staff training before the official re-opening a few days were set aside whereby meals were served to the public without charge, although this did not cover the drinks.
Please click on Large Version to view a bill for six diners. The badge for the 22nd April re-opening can also be seen.
