This photograph was taken outside the Red Lion in Handcross in about 1960 showing one of a few special trips of the Red Rover stagecoach on its way from London to Brighton. Here the picture is used as the front page of an advertising leaflet for the Red Lion by the proprietors, Mr and Mrs Harry Woodward.
