High Beeches cattle driven along Balcombe Lane

It is not a clear picture, but a herd of Dexter cattle is being driven along Balcombe Lane with the two drovers mounted on bicycles! Presumably the working dogs had refused to work on that day, and also Honda did not produce the first all-terrain quad bike until 1970.
I believe the drover farthest away from the camera is Eric Stockton, head gardener of High Beeches, and perhaps the drover nearest the camera is Mr F. Morley who was herdsman around that time. Please can anyone confirm this?

High Beeches
These are Sussex cattle. There were two herds on the estate and this herd was often moved along the lane being the only access from one field to another.
The drovers are Eric Stockton and Arthur Blackman. There were no Morleys on the estate.
