Horsham Road, Handcross

At first glance nothing much has changed in the Horsham Road, Handcross. The present road sign is now of a more modern style, the pub sign outside the Royal Oak has changed, the fairly-large tree outside Reeds Cottages has gone, the old-style telegraph poles have been replaced, and there is now a rubbish bin at the entrance to Covert Mead, but really the major change over the last few decades is the increase of traffic on the road and the cars parked on the roadside.
