Vanguard accident - Traction engine

On the right can be seen the traction engine which was used to pull the Vanguard bus into a more stable position away from the steep drop. Large timbers have been used and a rather tiny screw jack has been used to support the bodywork. Close to the fuel tanks can be seen the heavy chain used by the traction engine to pull the bus.
