Vanguard accident - Funeral of Mr Hutchings

Leading the hearse bearing the coffin of Harry Hutchings were several mourners on foot, and following the hearse were other horse-drawn carriages for the family mourners.
Harry was captain of Cray Wanderers football team and there is a page dedicated to him on their website http://www.craywands.co.uk/handcross.html. It also includes a poem recording the events of that terrible day in 1906 and it well worth a visit.
