Coronation Parade with tractor

Queen Elizabeth II ascended to the throne on 6th February 1952 when her father, King George VI, died, but her coronation was not held until 2nd June 1953.
The parish celebrated the coronation with children’s sports, a motor car and motorcycle gymkhana, gifts to the children, a dance in the Parish Hall, and a parade of floats through the streets of Handcross.
This picture is of the leading decorated tractor. Please, can anyone name the driver?
