Warninglid School certificates

Examination success in Religious Subjects at Warninglid school was rewarded by the issue of certificates to recognise that both my mother and my uncle passed.
My mother was May Langley, born in 1900, and her oldest brother was William Langley, born in 1887.
They lived at Betts Folly on the Plummers Plain road from Warninglid with their parents William Langley, who worked for the Loder family, and Philadelphia Langley (née Harding).

Hi Mabel, my great-great-great-grandad, William Langley, and his wife, Elizabeth (née Eade), were living at Betts Folly in the 1881 census. They were in their 70s.
Regards, Sandra
