The Handcross Players performed J. B. Priestley’s The Linden Tree in the Parish Hall.
Raymond Trickey, playing the part of elderly Professor Linden, was in make-up for quite some time while his hair was covered by icing sugar or something similar to age him by about 40 years.
Left to right, standing:- Bob Howe, Mary Howe (née Johnson), Doreen Kemp, Janet Housby, Ron Cosens, Penny Housby, Margaret Arnold, Janet Myram.
Seated:- Raymond Trickey, Daphne Dengate.
